We are located at Rufford Mill which sits just by the lake within the grounds of Rufford Abbey, the official address is Rufford Mill, Rufford Ln, Newark NG22 9DG
Unfortunately, due to the road closure, using this postcode will divert you and take you to Rufford Golf Course.
The road is actually not closed, There is a FORD just past where we are located and this is the part of the road that is closed and is where you will get stuck
no matter which direction you are coming from, your SATNAV will divert you to the wrong place. So please do follow the below guidance.

Method 1, If you can navigate without using the SATNAV, then in short, you need to be on the A614 ( Old Rufford Road) and then on to Rufford Lane
Ignore any road closure signs, 200 yards on your Right side you will see a car park, this is where you need to park up. DO NOT come any other way on to Rufford Lane other than the A614

Please note, you are only using this address as a guide, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE PARKING HERE please read on.
Using this address will put you on to the A614, depending on which direction you are coming from on the A614 I will try and guide you using images on google maps.
DIRECTION 1
If you arrive here with a big Right turn into Rufford Abbey then please do not turn and continue straight.
200 yards further along you will come to the Rose Cottage Pub and a set of traffic lights, please go straight over the lights.
About 600 yards after the lights, you will need to take the very next Right turn.
This is Rufford Lane, where you need to turn right, IGNORE ANY CLOSURES
After 150 yards, look out for the car park on your right, If you come to a dead end (road closure) then you have already gone past the car park, turn around and look for it on your Left.
DIRECTION 2
About 1 & 1/2 miles out you may have come across a MacDonalds and a Shell, BP station. Great, continue straight past these.
After about a mile you will start to see signs for Rufford Mill like that below
When you see the above signs and chevrons, you will take the next left onto Rufford Lane.
This is a very tight turn so slow down!
After 150 yards, look out for the car park on your right, If you come to a dead end (road closure) then you have already gone past the car park, turn around and look for it on your Left.
